Before you reach out
A few quick things that solve most questions:
- Prices look stale? Tap Refresh prices in Portfolio. The Worker caches quotes, and a manual refresh pulls the latest.
- Transaction not syncing? Make sure you're signed in on both iOS and web with the same account, and pull to refresh.
- Account balances look off? Balances update when you add, edit, or delete transactions. Older balances entered manually can be corrected by editing the account.
- Want a Pro subscription on web? Pro is sold through the iOS App Store. Once you're subscribed on iOS, your Pro status syncs automatically to the web.
